Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is confirmed, we typically process it within 1 to 3 business days. Transit within the contiguous United States usually takes 7 to 9 business days.
Total estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not currently ship to:

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor delivery status through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us at TeetiiNii936@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before 2:00 PM MST on the same day they are placed.
Please include your order number when contacting us at TeetiiNii936@gmail.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery under our 30-day return policy.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items purchased through the Bingtes website.
Items must:

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund.
Typical total refund time: 4 to 13 business days after return receipt.

Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping costs when the return is caused by our error, including:
