We aim to make shipping straightforward and easy to understand. This policy explains where we ship, how orders are processed, what delivery timelines to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.
This policy applies to customers in the United States.
Shipping areas
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not ship to the following at this time:

Alaska

Hawaii

Puerto Rico

U.S. military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

International destinations
If your address falls into one of these categories, your order may be canceled or require an address update. We will contact you by email if this happens.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

No hidden fees are added after checkout
Shipping carrier
Most orders are delivered by USPS. Carrier selection is based on delivery location and order details. The carrier cannot be manually selected at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed.
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time, GMT-7), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or if your order is affected by delays, we will notify you by email.
Estimated delivery timeline
Delivery includes two stages: processing and transit.

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days

U.S. transit time: 7 to 9 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other external factors.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at TeetiiNii936@gmail.com.
Undeliverable packages
USPS typically attempts delivery up to three times. If a package is returned as undeliverable, it is usually due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Failed delivery attempts with no one available to receive the package

Delivery refusal at the address
If your package is returned, please contact us to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Order cancellations
We process orders quickly to reduce delays.

Orders may be canceled before 2:00 PM MST on the same day the order is placed

Cancellation requests must include your order number

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
