At Bingtes, we stand behind the products we sell. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, how to request support, and what to expect if a product issue occurs.

This policy is written for customers in the United States and is intended to be clear and straightforward.


1. Warranty coverage

Bingtes provides a 12-month limited warranty on eligible products purchased directly from the Bingtes website.

Warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery.

What is covered: Manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur under normal household use. This includes situations where a product stops functioning as described through no fault of the customer.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products purchased through third-party sellers or marketplaces are not covered under this policy.

No registration is required to activate your warranty. Please keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. You will need your order number when contacting support.


2. What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Accidental damage, drops, or misuse

  • Improper installation or use inconsistent with provided instructions

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Damage caused by liquids, moisture, or environmental exposure beyond intended use

  • Damage from power surges, pests, or other external conditions outside normal household use

Consumable and replaceable parts:
Consumable items and routine replacement components are not covered under warranty. These may include filters, batteries, removable accessories, or similar maintenance-related items designed for normal replacement over time.


3. How to request warranty support

If you believe your product has a covered issue, contact us at TeetiiNii936@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Product name or model

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the problem, if available

We respond within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Our support team will review your request and explain whether the issue is covered and what the next steps will be.

Please do not ship any product back until we provide instructions.


4. How we resolve warranty claims

If a warranty claim is approved, we may provide one of the following solutions depending on the issue:

  • Troubleshooting assistance

  • Replacement parts at no additional cost

  • A replacement unit of the same or comparable model

We will discuss the resolution with you before taking action.

Replacement products may be new or manufacturer-inspected units in full working condition. Any replacement item remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Cash refunds are not generally provided under this warranty policy. However, if your purchase falls within the applicable return window, a refund may be available under our Return Policy.


5. Warranty shipping

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Bingtes will cover reasonable shipping costs related to the approved warranty resolution.

If product inspection is required before approval, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping procedures.

Shipping costs for issues determined to be outside warranty coverage remain the customer’s responsibility.

We will always confirm shipping arrangements before requesting a return.


6. Limitation of warranty

This limited warranty is the only express warranty provided by Bingtes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty period.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain provisions may not apply to you.


7. Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state within the United States.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.


8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, operations, or legal requirements.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Orders placed before an update remain subject to the warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase.
