Before you buy — please note

• Check the in-app setup guide for WiFi band requirements before purchase. Most home routers broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz — if you experience connection issues during setup, try connecting to the 2.4GHz band specifically.
• This set is designed for indoor use only. The fountain pump and electrical components are not weatherproof.
• Freeze-dried food is compatible if kibble size is between 5mm and 15mm. Wet food is not compatible with the feeder.
• Battery backup applies to the feeder only. The fountain requires continuous power to operate — it will stop during an outage.
• Replace the fountain filter every 2 to 4 weeks. Filters are sold separately.
• The camera requires active WiFi and power. Camera features will not function during a power outage.
