• This feeder requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup.
• This model does not include a camera. If you want to monitor your pet visually, see our camera feeder models.
• Dry kibble only. Kibble larger than 12mm in diameter may cause dispensing issues.
• Batteries are not included. The feeder will operate on AC power alone, but battery backup requires batteries to be installed separately.
• This feeder is suitable for pets 6 months and older.
