Before you buy — please note

• This model does not include a camera. There is no live video or motion detection. If you want to monitor your pet visually, see our camera feeder models.
• Requires 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router broadcasts only 5GHz, enable the 2.4GHz band in your router settings before setup.
• Dry food only in the feeder. Wet food is not compatible with the dispensing mechanism.
• Battery backup is for the feeder only. The fountain will stop during a power outage and requires the power adapter to operate.
• Batteries are not included. You will need 3 large batteries for the backup function.
• The feeding base should not be submerged in water. Only the fountain bowl and reservoir are designed for water contact.
• Replace the fountain filter regularly based on usage. Replacement filters are sold separately.
